Photo guidance for skin and eye symptoms
- Add a photo when you describe a symptom and Petwell will take it into account alongside your description.
- Photo guidance covers skin changes, eye symptoms, rashes, swelling, and visible limping. More areas will follow.
- Photos are processed immediately and not stored after the check is complete.
- Available on Plus and Family plans. The Free plan continues with text-only checks.

Vaccination reminders and tracking
- Add vaccination dates for each pet and Petwell will remind you when they are coming due.
- Track core and non-core vaccines separately, with a notes field for the vet who administered them.
- View each pet's full vaccination history in the tracking tab.
- Reminders arrive by email, seven days before and on the day.

Family sharing and multiple pets
- Invite a partner, adult child, or pet sitter to view one or more of your pets without sharing your login.
- You choose what each person can see: full history, tracking only, or check results.
- Revoke access at any time from Settings and the person is removed immediately.
- Family plan now supports up to six pets. Plus supports up to three.

Faster guidance with model routing
- Routine text checks now return in under five seconds on average, down from around twelve.
- Complex checks and photo checks continue to use the most capable model. Routing happens automatically.
- Urgency reads are now shown first, before the rest of the guidance, so you see the most important signal right away.
